You bit, licked, and frightened Dad like hell when I poked your head 'round the living room wall for the first time. It didn't take you long to work your way into the "top dog's" heart though, and you were always his first port of call before a wander 'round the garden after work.
If you weren't barking at your mirror image in the shiny cover under the Christmas tree, you were moaning about the decorations and change to your routine. Somehow, Christmas presents were always for you and deserved a good sniff round. Always a "car lady", under no-one's orders, you were a fool for anyone that could throw a ball but woe betide anyone who'd expect it to come back without a game of your own!
You may have been scared of sheep, you may well have barked your a$$ off when there was nothing there (on my tuition of course!), you may well have chased a thousand birds off of our lawn (in your sleep!), and of course you loved to make sure you were under someone's feet just so you could bark at them if they so much as moved. You may even have farted in my face on the odd occasion (was that love, or just a message?), but you were and always will be loved by everyone. You were a member of our family and we were privileged to be your family too.
You'll be missed Aim', if not for your barks then very likely for your incessant need to sit on our feet.
You were the best, the very best, make no bones, or after-dinner biscuits, about it.
